Michael Norberg received his Master of Divinity from Christian International School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Life Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is the Founding Director of the Eschaton Institute in Kansas City where he has published over 100 online articles focused on connecting with God for a strong finish. Michael has taught biblical studies at Word of Faith Bible College, clinical research ethics for medical professionals, and electron microscopy for engineering and life science students. After serving as a Research Specialist for the University of Missouri at Rolla, Columbia, and Kansas City, he invested nearly 30 years in medical research at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Before retiring as Research Program Manager at the Center for Infant Pulmonary Disorders, he mentored medical students, promoted the discovery of innovative solutions for premature babies, and co-authored 40 medical journal publications.
Michael draws upon this unique theological, scientific, and medical experience to equip Störling Conservatory students as they transform this world for the glory of God. He enjoys visiting historic churches, cities, and battle sites around the world, meeting the gaze of our Heavenly Father with strategic prayer, passionate praise, and demonstrative worship. His hobbies include competitive swimming, photography, snow skiing, and scuba diving. He coaches a US Masters Swim Team, served as a USA Swimming coach, and belongs to the Athletic Hall of Fame at Missouri S&T and Notre Dame High School.
